SpecChem - SpecEtch is a spray applied, chemical surface retarder specially engineered to expose the underlying aggregate of freshly placed horizontal concrete. Ready to use. Does not alter natural colour of aggregate or concrete. Non flammable, VOC compliant, red dyed, typical etch is 3/8".
